BEGINNER

Beginner class builds the foundation for high quality practice of both tai chi and qigong. The primary goal of beginner class is that you understand the basic stances and movements of tai chi and qigong, and build a solid foundation for future practice in the intermediate and advanced classes.

Beginner students receive professional step by step training to learn tai chi and qigong movements. Your balance, flexibility, strength and coordination will improve. Your breath, thoughts and mental state relax, stress reduces and mind-body connection begins. Best of all your body will love our class and after a relatively short period of practice, body will change, health will improve, and individual health issues begin to decrease.
