Beautiful Qigong Mawangdui Daoyin Shu

Health Qigong Mawangdui Daoyin Shu Workshop

Congratulations to everyone who joined the Mawangdui Daoyin Shu Workshop on 4 July 2021. Another rare learning opportunity presented by Wulong, it was a beautiful and joyful session with Professor Lily Sun. We moved slowly, softly and gently, rotating and stretching, strengthening the body and nourishing the heart.

Professor Lily was very impressed by students’ dedication to learning the movements and with the excellent results that were achieved by the end of the workshop.

“I was very impressed with students' easy grasp of the Mawangdui Daoyin Shu today. I encourage students to continue practicing Mawangdui to improve mood and emotional state and enhance physical function and mobility.”

We hope everyone enjoyed the training and continues to enjoy practicing Mawangdui.

Here’s a small collection of photos from the day.

Did you enjoy the Da Wu Qigong dance?

Students Learning Da Wu Qigong

Thank you to everyone who joined us in the Da Wu - the dance - Workshop on June 2nd. Possibly the first time Da Wu has been presented in Australia. It was an outstanding session with Professor Lily Sun, and we appreciate everyone’s hard work.

Complicated but not difficult, the benefits of the dance for joints, muscles and balance were easy to detect. However the dance not only helps the muscles but also the internal organs to promote the circulation of qi and blood.

We hope everyone enjoyed the dance and continues to enjoy their practice.

Here’s a small collection of photos from the day.
