Online classes

Our highly successful online tai chi classes run via Zoom.us Online classes are suitable for students who live further away or who experience time pressures.

Online class follows the usual tai chi and qigong class program incorporating warm up, foundation training, improving your flexibility, strength, balance, mental health and immune system. However online classes run a little different to in person classes, the tai chi and qigong content and teaching is altered to suit less room to move about and the small size of screens. Nevertheless, the curriculum is just as comprehensive as in person class, and online class can be especially beneficial to understand some finer details demonstrated.

TIMETABLE

Monday 10 to 11.30 am - Beginner class

Wednesday 7 to 9 pm - combined Beginner and Intermediate class
