New Classes Alert! Wulong Tai Chi Kung Fu Expands to Frankston and Caulfield in 2026

Wulong Tai Chi Kung Fu is excited to announce the launch of two new classes in Melbourne's east and the Mornington Peninsula, bringing the benefits of professional Tai Chi and Qigong to more students!

Get healthy, reduce stress, have fun, meet nice people while doing gentle exercise. You will love it!

Starting in Term 1 2026, you can experience the physical and mental health benefits of Wulong classes at these new locations:

* Frankston: Monday mornings, 9:15 am – 10:15 am (Beginners Class)

* Caulfield South: Saturday mornings, 9:30 am – 11:30 am
(Combined Beginner & Intermediate Class)

Free open Day - Frankston

Monday 19 January 2026, 9.15am to 11.15am. Come along to try out some good exercise practice. You can ask any questions you might have about Wulong classes. Whether you are looking to improve balance, reduce stress, or learn traditional Chinese martial arts, these new classes offer a structured and welcoming path to health and well-being.

All welcome! Don’t miss out on this fun and exhilarating experience. Suitable for all ages and skill levels. You don’t have to have learnt tai chi or qigong previously.

Meet Your Instructor: Noriko Tanaka

Both new classes will be led by our highly skilled instructor Noriko Tanaka. A dedicated practitioner, Noriko is known for her graceful performances and steady, insightful guidance in both Tai Chi and Qigong, making her classes a perfect environment for new students and those looking to deepen their practice. She has trained under the guidance of Professor Lily Sun, Professor of Chinese Martial Arts from Wuhan University, China, ensuring students receive professional and high-quality instruction.
